Welcome to FEAR.
This stands for Fr**king Evil Annoying Rodent. Also known as the level 1 Ratatta that can destroy any Pokemon given the proper circumstances. This is possible by selective breeding, an item and prediction.
Here, we will give you a guide to create a FEAR Ratatta as well as some other FEAR Pokemon that will be able to take down level 100 Pokemon with two hits.
FEAR Ratatta
What you need:
-Male and Female Raticate that both know the move ENDEAVOR
-Two Heart Scales
Let's begin:
Go to the Move Re-learner (Pastoria City in D/P/PT) and
use your heart scales to teach your Raticates Quick Attack.
Head to the Daycare and place your male and female Raticate together and start biking until they have an egg.
After the egg hatches, check and make sure that the baby Rattata has Endeavor and Quick Attack. If it doesn't, reeat the second step.
Give your Rattata a focus sash and start fighting!
How it works:
This method works because of the Focus Sash. Rattata will get hit with a move that will leave it with 1 HP. You will use Endeavor which will leave the opponent with 1 HP as well. Use Quick Attack to finish him off!
