In order to get in touch with our support team, you will need to send out an email with the following information:

• Your name (On the chat / forums / site )
• A description of why you’re contacting support
• Any links or screenshots (evidence of the problem)

After you send the email, the support team will review and take appropriate action. Please note, you may or may not receive a response and update. The estimated time that it takes for support to receive your email is about 48 hours.
